10 fd. 12 [3 14 15 16 i) 18 wife) 20 21 22 23 24 25 109 H3vlgiu2 Attorney's Office, in the Southern District of Florida, issued a grand jury subpoena for the entirety of the Palm Beach Police Department's evidence relating to the Epstein investigation. So as we sit here today and indeed for the last ten years since 2006, the Palm Beach Police Department has not been the custodian of any of this evidence. And so that's the factual backdrop to then what becomes continuing problems with the types of evidence that I anticipate the plaintiffs are going to try to introduce in this case. The first is these police reports themselves. And that is about 87 or 88 pages of documents, depending on which iteration of these police reports someone is looking at. That essentially runs through the course of the investigation. And I'm sure things that your Honor's seen before, you know, police officer does something, they put it down on a piece of paper, somebody puts it into a system, and then that's where it goes.
