The Wilson Center is a non-partisan think tank in Washington, DC and the Board is appointed by the President. I would like to invite you to be my guest at our next Global Advisory Council meeting on October 29 and 30 at the Woodrow Wilson Center (please see agenda below). The Global Advisory Council functions as a brain trust and support system for the Centers groundbreaking initiatives and members of the Global Advisory Council are invited to become more involved in the Center to truly make it a global institution. We will begin on the 29th with the Wilson Awards dinner honoring Ashton Carter, U.S. Secretary of Defense.
