Rudders must be rem=ved and the lower portion must be renewed to proper dimension. They are wor= to the
point of failure and vibrate badly.
2=
We bought pumps and pulleys we can install but I a= referencing the gear in the aft compartment that is the
hydraulic actuator=and linkage for the rudders

&nb=p;The cylinders were damaged at sea due to improper installation and subseq=ent damage from a broken
fitting. The ramp was secured with a safety strap b=t still pulled the top sealing portion out of the cylinder.
The fit o= the mounts needs to be remedied at this time. The cylinders work now but a=e not repairable.
Evaluation while being removed to correct and improve the=mounting is necessary at a minimum.

=div> The exhaust was assembled without funding to get the barge=off the dick at the last haulout. It is not
properly assembled or supports n=r is it insulated.
6
=e have new ones but need new mounting hoses
And must be done out o= the water
7

This s=ould be done at the same time the tank is cleaned.

Watertight compartments forward would need to be d=watered if breached.
There is no ability to do so at=this time except fit the first two compartments that are joins as one due t= a hole
in the bulkhead.

=The gauges for oil and temp and rpm are not accurate. One over temperature a=arm is not working as well.
