(Compare=the Swanson spec at 101 El Bravo started out at $44 ask in 2010, now askin= $37, rejected $30. Rumors are that Dwight Schar (Casa Apava - ex Perlman) has a deal in w=rks to sell Casa Apava to an equity fund for north of $100. Seems likely that something (ex Gosman, Jim Clark, Schar, Kramer) will=go for $100+ this season. On direct ocean, only Halle (ex Schulhof) offered in the $40s&nb=p;and Castle (ex Kennedy) not yet priced (probably $50) - both Moe=s. I am ok.
