Recently after family of the victim travelled to France and officially filed=a complaint. A Paris county court judge then pushed the case to Paris cour= being more knowladgeble in such cases. France refused to deport her two ci=izens because her constitution and legal system forbids extradition of her c=tizens to another country. Now Zaitouni lawyer is initiating a court case i= France against the accused ,accusing them of wrongful killing,running aw=y from the accident scene,and leaving without assisting the injured lady w=o latter died.
