Jeffrey,
Thanks for your message. I spoke with Doug this morning. I will bring a copy of
the topo info we have, and Doug will gather the latest info he has, for our meeting
at the Island. I am also reviewing the elevations with my team, to make sure they
reflect what we have.
I will have copies of all options to review with you when I am there. We did add the
cabana building on the east side, and have a couple versions of the pool layout,
including east-west orientation, and extending under the terrace. (I am not sure if
we can extend 40' under the terrace, but we can review that together, so I
understand what you are looking for.)
I believe we will be able to narrow these options down quite a bit when we review
them together in the field, and hopefully come up with one that incorporates all of
your needs.
Thanks,
Warwick

Warwick, as i said in our call last night„ you arc not using the topos that you have.. these
drawings arc so inaccurate , as to render them useless. There is only 20 ft form the northeast
corner of the current "terrace" to the road. you show over 50 ft. I wanted one opiton with at
least forty feet of pool under the current terrace.. the pool must be cast to west.. the wind is too
great. There should be a building/cabcan on the cast side of the pool to block the wind. the
questions arc does the pool work at 48- 50 feet or at the same level as the bedroom. the road to
the library should be shown.. DOUG , and Gary, please make sure that Warwick has the current
layout.

Jeffrey, attached please find 3 more concepts for your review. The 3rd one has the pool extending under
the terrace.
It looks like the existing residence is at +42.5'.
We are working on 3d images of on of the schemes, for better reference, and for our review Thursday.
I will be in meetings Tuesday morning. Please email me any comments, and I will forward them to the
team.
