Do you want FTC to sign the contract or the Epstein Foundation? Hi Cecile: Will your office be signing this hotel contract? I got a great rate of $299.00 plus 8% Government Tax and $58.00 Resort Fee. Penny should be able to give me the other information we need to move forward with the hotel contract. What are the meeting requirements? (times, date, room set up). Are these rooms single occupancy or will attendees be bringing guests? Will the guests also be able to enjoy activities or one evening of an off-site dinner? If you can get the participants to book their own flights to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and then give me the itineraries and receipts and I will make sure that we reimburse them for the expense. We will pay for one (1) first class airline ticket per participant. Please confirm with me that the hotel we will be using is the Westin on St. John and not The Ritz on St. Thomas. My understanding is that Mr. Epstein has generously offered to finance the meeting (including airfare and accommodations) and that it is to be held at the Westin St. John from November 12-15. I have tentatively reserved 20 rooms, but it may make more sense for you to coordinate with the Westin considering that you will be handling the billing. However, I'd be happy to do it if you would prefer. Please let me know what information you will need from our end to make this happen.
