I was checking the public records and discovered Mike Hardman transfered the Dixie Highway property he bought for $5.25 million to SGBK Properties on December 31, 2009. The website lists consideration at $5.49 million. It seems he is out from under that propery drain. The does are online at the clerk's office, or I can fax them to you.
