Hej
emails from Danny. He says that 3-4 months security deposit + 1st months rent + 300 dollar
processing fee is enough if we don't have a guarantor. The 3-4 months security deposit can be used in
the end (except for one) to actually pay the rent.
So minimum 4 months x 2400 dollar (he will try to raise the rent to 2550 but said he would try to keep it at
2400, which we sad we wanted because we have had trouble with warm water and the heaters many times
this winter) or maximum 5 months rent plus 300 processing fee.
If we pay this, we get a one year lease, that he says we can leave if we want by calling him, getting a new
person in the apartment ourselves or let Danny show the apartment to people when we still live here.
Below you see Danny's mails.
Talk soon, Sara
Sara
I can not type the Leases and send them to the Guarantor. This is doing the job BACKWARDS. I will
send him or her a blank Lease Agreement

We will need to wrap this up tomorrow. Like I said before it MUST either be a Qualified
Guarantor or 3 or 4 Months Security Deposit/V Months Rent & $300 Processing Fee.
Need to know in the morning
