I've read Marc's email regarding the deal. Beyond the sale of 750 and completion of a clone I would like
you to consider the following. All indications are that the remaining C++ ships will shortly be sold to
offshore operators. I would like to propose that if 750 does not sell by 19 May you convert your C++ to
an offshore delivery and make it the very last off the line ( should deliver 7/11) Certainly between now
and then other offshore ships will be needed, they will not exist except for yours. Therefore any operator
with a client is boxed in , they are not going to move to the D because it would not match their fleet from
a crew and maintenance standpoint. From a pricing standpoint I think you can order for 10.5m
complete. I will agree to NO commission until the selling price is above 11.5m then I get 30% of the
excess. To give you a reference point in 12/08 I sold an offshore machine for 12.1m to a client. I think
this is a great opportunity which if I had the monies I would do it myself.
