To: 'eevacation mail.com[jeevacation@gmail.com] From: Sent: on : : PM Subject: Teterboro Jeffrey. Teterboro has always had a voulentary noise curfew from 10pm - 7pm. I have received letters in the past when we have departed after 10pm asking us to try and adhear to departures 10pm or earlier. They have threaten to ban stage II operators if the receive 3 letters in a three year period of warning. I do not know how they can enforce this, but the city is trying. We use to request a written noise plot from Teterboro airport Noise office, with this request, it would exempt us from a noise violation, I heard from other operators that this does not work any more,. I expect to receive a letter from last weeks departure since we departed on runway 24, which is the most noise sensitive runway, If runway operations where to the North for departure, it is a non-issue, or if we use runway 19... Would you like to try Newark this trip and have a sikorsky take you into the city? or just keep Teterboro for arrival just a thought. thank you, larry EFTA_R1_01504101 EFTA02432983
