Christopher Nixon Cox, grandson of former president Richard Nixon and one-time executive director of John
McCain's campaign in New York, has sold his apartment at 10 East 70th Street, according to city records filed
this week. The buyer? Gerald Berkman of Boca Raton, Florida, who appears on Bernard Medoff's victim list.
The 2BR, 2.5BA apartment, which looks out onto the gardens of the Frick Museum, hit the market asking $1.7
million in December. It sold for $1.4 million after one PriceChop.
