Sorry for the delay, we are having intermittent internet access issues here with
email.
I got in touch with the telecom guys who installed the phone system there and
have received a manual on configuring the phones. There is a way to store
numbers for auto-dial in a directory that could be accessed from any phone with a
few buttons. I'm also looking into the possibility of add-on modules like the
ones we have at LSJ on some of the phones? I'll get more specifics on the steps
required to access the directory and get them to you as soon as possible. If
this is not acceptable, we can look at add-on modules or an entirely new phone
system.

The current phones don't seem to even have speed dial buttons..
