The plan as drawn by Gensler will really not work because of the large earth excavation which was done for the Mechanical Building. The proposed plan keeps the Lobby/Porch element where it was in the original plan and flips the Garage element to the East and creates an `12 shape. This also helps to block the wind. I believe that the proposed plan creates a more enclosed entry court and a nicer experience. Also, there is the option of eliminating the existing Helipad Building completely and including the Fire/Safety uses within the new building in the `12 shaped section as shown on the plan. What do you think? Regards, <image0Oljpg> STEPHEN M.
