this idea is stillborn„ the wind from the east would destroy every tree„ there too much
hardscape„ large parking lot like terraces„ it should be more natural ---I think„ sea
grape, ground cover.. no one sits on uncovered terraces try more walk ways stairs, etc.

35'-0". I've organized the journey down into a series of steps, lookout
points, and retaining walls. A central open court connects the master suite
steps, office steps and living room steps. The long open court links the
master suite and office pavilion to the overall plan.
