Nalda N Pearson is my sis er. e ouse is under contract for $555,000 with an outside closing date of August 5, 2009. The closing might be moved up to as early as July 22. I plan to use the loan for a deposit on an apartment in Palm Beach on which I have submitted a contract for $350,000. The apartment will be owned by the same trust.
