Yes, lam well aware of that. However, my suggestion would be to deal directly with Paula Cussi and therefore
avoid having to pay any unnecessary agency fees. She is fed up with it and I am sure would be quite susceptible
to a sensible offer.
I am sure she owns the leasehold through an offshore vehicle and therefore the simplest way of acquiring it
would be to buy the offshore vehicle directly, avoiding a lot of hassles etc.
