It my understanding that,
innovative owner infrastructure, sprint provides service. As of the end of last year LSJ could get 2 x T.1
services to that pole at Greta point. For fiber to be run there it would require negotiating access with state
and private properties to accomplish this would an additional cost.
Also once the cell tower was installed on the island how was it proposed to distribute signal to all the
different structures, wireless is the infrastructure proposed by Val Corn, you can go the fiber route but the
cost would be far greater.
Also as of this week Val Corn could possibly get Wi Fl and Wi Max delivered to the Island at a much
reduced rate.
If the scope of this project has changed from Wi Max to Wi Fi then please let me know and we will
change our approach.
Would review any completed detailed proposal at any time from any other source to resolve this issue for
you

I had the telcomme guy here today„ he said that we should talk to sprint and get them to put fibre
to our cable.. have a single cell on the isalnd and be done.. he did not like the valcom proposal..
what is the problem with geting fibre to red hook?
