Talk about high tech. So much fun. Blow them up and let go watch them fly around in circles while everyone laughed out loud (LOL). Blow one up and pull the lip tightly in opposite directions and it played like a crying and whining instrument. Who can forget filling them with water and having hot summer water balloon fights. Dropping water balloons from the roofs of the Coney tenements on the heads of the poor innocent bystanders. Filling up two big ones and stuffing them in our shirts to look like Dolly Parton. Rubbing them on our hair to make them stick to our clothes with static electricity. Wasn't it the simplest things that made the best toys? What things do you remember?
