Matt informed Max that he did not have any information about tax pay=ents, and that we did not have enough information that would be necessary =o calculate the tax payments that would be due on 4/17. In short, we did not provide any financial =r tax information to Max Kohlenberg. Please note that it is a routine procedure for=various members of the advisory team be able to communicate with each othe= to collaborate for the best interests of each client. Toward that objective, you signed our standard authorization form al=owing us to communicate directly with your other advisers that is valid un=il April, 15, 2019. This would include advisors like Bainco, RIW, Max and more recently =ou authorized us to talk with Mr. Kahn.
