For these reasons, the Government has demonstrated extraordinary circumstances warranting a modification of the Protective Order. Ii. Conclusion For the reasons stated above, the Court GRANTS the Government’s application to modify the Protective Order, in order to permit Boies Schiller to comply with the subpoena.
