For these reasons, the Government has demonstrated extraordinary circumstances warranting a modification of the Protective Order. Ii. Conclusion For the reasons stated above, the Court GRANTS the Government’s application to modify the Protective Order, in order to permit Boies Schiller to comply with the subpoena. The Clerk of Court is ORDERED to file this memorandum opinion and order under seal. The Clerk of Court is also respectfully requested to close the open application at Docket Number 2.
