This simple version would describe a two dimension=l map. the fluctuations in shape if the horizontal and vertic=l were mapped would be like a flag in the wind. now imagine wr=ting on the flag. . though the patterns are infinite , =11 words would still fall only along the flag , no matter what the s=ape. the flag is grammar. like a handkerchief it can fol= back on itself.
