Such settlements inclu=e foreign exchange, Libor, Euroyen transactions, as they are referred to i= settlement agreements. Through=my collaboration with the China Council for the Promotion of International=Trade/China Chamber of International Commerce and the China Banking Associ=tion, we have filed claims for a couple of Chinese banks.
