He was indicted in July 2006 on a single count of felony solicitation of prostitution. The case is pending. Eacli has had primary custody of the girl at various times. The father pleaded guilty to fed- eral fraud charges in 2001-and was sen- tenced to 21 months i in federal prison, plus three years’ probation. The US. attorney overseeing his prosecution was Guy Lewis.
