Table of Contents Daniel Gill has served as our chief product officer since March 2015, overseeing all technology functions, as well as strategic partnerships for the business. Prior to joining Carvana, Mr. Gill spent his career in both enterprise software and consumer internet businesses. He co-founded and served as CEO of Huddler from 2007 until the company’s acquisition by Wikia in May of 2014. Mr. Gill holds a degree in biology from Stanford University. Paul Breaux has served as our general counsel since August 2015. Prior to joining Carvana, Mr. Breaux practiced law at the Houston, Texas office of the firm Andrews Kurth LLP (now Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP) from 2008 to 2015. While at Andrews Kurth, Mr. Breaux’s representative experience encompassed a broad range of general business transactions matters. Mr. Breaux holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a B.A. in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, and a B.B.A. in finance from The University of Texas at Austin. -18- HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_024326
