Unfortunately I don't know of any immediate answers for you, but I can check with a human trafficking coordinator in our office and see if she has any guidance. Do you know if the individual's case was reported to law enforcement in the U.S.? I think that may be a requirement for a T-visa, so not sure if she or her attorneys are already in touch with authorities in some capacity. But please feel free to have them contact me directly if that would be useful, and feel free to give me a call over the weekend (or to have her counsel do so) if that would be useful.
