Thanks, John. Apologies for the delayed response. In light of your email, I removed the request for Epstein's and
Maxwell's border crossing and made a few other small tweaks in the attached. I also attached a redline for your
convenience. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss.
Thanks again,
Lara

I made a few clarifying edits and think this is ready to go with one exception:
You have added to this a request related to Epstein's and Maxwell's border crossings. We can ask for
that, but I think this will make the UKCA pause and give this greater scrutiny. They might think
that we are trying to get information about P. Andrew, which will cause them to spend time
wringing their hands. Ordinarily, we would make an inquiry about border crossing information on
a police to police basis first, to see what is there. This one has a fight deadline, and is sensitive, so an
MLA request (if you really need this stuff) should be on record.
I can submit the request as attached (with the Epstein and Maxwell border crossing request in it), but
it has a higher likelihood of getting hung up in UK government analysis.

John,
Please see attached. This reflects your comments with some additional edits (in particular to some of the requests). I'm
happy to send a redline if that would be helpful. There are also two comments for your consideration.
Thanks,
Lara

Just asked the CBP Attaché. PNR records (which is ticketing information from the airline) is
destroyed by CBP after 5 years. However, fight manifest information (which does not include all
ticketing information) is kept for a very long period by CBP. Checking on the UK equivalent.

Thanks, John. We have been working with CBP locally, but we are also interested in CBP/travel records from the UK
side. Our understanding was that it only went 5 years back, but would appreciate any more information/suggestions
you have.

Neither. You should work with CBP locally to get the records from their national database. FBI may
also have access to this.

Thanks, John. Are those records that the CBP attaché can pull for us now or records we should request through the

I followed up with our CBP Attaché regarding old BA records. She thinks that CBP may have
records from those dates if BA does not. (See below)

In addition to earlier response, below please find data fields for APIS. Not all information may be present in a record
from that time, as there have been expansions of mandatory data collected over the years (i.e. address) but most of it
would be. This includes private aircraft arrivals, after 2009 (prior to 2009 FBO could submit manual manifest). See:
