Inmate was instructed to relinqui however inmate continued to deny he was in possession of any contraband. Inma was photographed and medically examined and with no apparent injuries i if Inmate was visually searched with negative results and mvi tl: ,at urinalysis test. Inmate was observed by staff pouring water into the testing cup.. Inmate was placed on dry cell status The visitor was escorted to the lobby where she was detained and questioned and later released. There were no staff injuries reported.
