So we can leave the destination for the car service as arranged taking her to her hotel — pick up at the airport on Monday and drop off at the 50 Bowery. She'll deal with it from there. Also, I just noticed that the hotel for her is set for Tuesday through Friday, but should be Tuesday through Thursday, please. As far as flights every State has a Government carrier. I have to use the Government carrier. he Government carrier is American. So if she needs to be here on 7/31 she can leave anytime on 7/30 and I will get her out on 7/31 in the evening. They should come in and leave as soon as they are done. EFTA00068301 Per diem is paid to them after they return. They will do the paperwork in the office. The per diem is $76 for two days and they will get a witness fee of $40 per day. If they take Uber or a cab to the airport they should keep a receipt and they will be reimbursed. A car service will pick them up at the airport and will take them directly to the hotel. Upon arriving they will check in and call you.
