Notwithstanding the above objections, and without waiving same, T-Mobile is unable to respond to your request for the following reason(s): In regard to identifier(s) Subscriber information for Metro by T-Mobile branded subscribers is stored and maintained for approximately six (6) months following termination of the account. Because call detail records for Metro by T-Mobile subscribers are stored and maintained for up to two years, there may be instances when call records, but not subscriber information, are produced.
