Total collection consists of approximately 40 boxes; a total of 95,000 pages. 2. The collection is projected to have varying sized paper and 10% of collection, 9,500 pages, is projected to require flatbed scanning and will be billed at an hourly labor rate. 3. Approximately 5% of the collection requires color imaging. 4. There are electronic items in the boxes and the media will need to be given a place holder in the image file collection. 5. Physical document boundaries will be identified. 6. All scanned images will be OCRed and document level OCR will be delivered. 7. Dat file fields will include BEG DOC, END DOC, FOLDER INFORMATION, BOX INFORMATION, and TEXTPATH. 8. Deliverables include single paged tiffs and jpg images, OCR and Concordance load files. 9. Bates numbers will be start with Epstein_HCFL00000001. 10. All paper will be reassembled, and file integrity will be maintained. Chain of custody procedures will be followed. II. Assumptions are based on the information provided in the SOW and should there be discrepancies between the assumptions and the requirements to process the material impacting cost, a request for additional funding will be made to the customer.
