Is there any other production going out tonight? If so, I think we can just combine this all in one cover
letter, and I'll include a paragraph about these materials specifically.

Thanks,_. In the interest of trying to take stuff off your plates, since getting this,
and I have been doing some
diligence on the October 2017 (it was actually 2016) meeting referenced in the first page of the letter. We spoke tc
who opened an investigation based
claims, but conducted only extremely limited investigative
steps, given that he was dubious from the start that there was a criminal case to be made. That said, he does have a very
small case file, which he sent to us and I've dropped in the shared folder below. It looks like a small amount of bank
records for
notes of th
eeting, and a handful of what appear to be publicly available
documents.
and I discussed with
and think we should producafile (and the tip letter) ASAP in an
abundance of caution=can you add this to a production tonight?
is going to work on a brief cover
letter/email noting what these are.
In addition
has very graciously offered to make a more careful review of the documents, and sit with ao
double-check that this is everything. Obviously, if he learns of anything else, we can supplement.
Let us know if that plan works for you guys, or if there is anything more we should discuss.

We got this letter fro
We've been producing "tips" to the defense, but I wanted to flag this one
before this goes out in case you had a different view. I'm copyingMecause I have a faint sense that he knows what
the fifth paragraph (about October 2017) is about.
Thanks,
