KARI SCHLESSINGER, date of birth (DOB) , was interviewed at 1 Saint Andrews Plaza, New York, NY, 10007 (US Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York). Present at the interview was Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Special Agent (SA) , Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) , and FBI SA . After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, DR. SCHLESSINGER provided the following statement: DR. SCHLESSINGER has a PhD Psychology DR. SCHLESSINGER interned at in Metropolitan Detention Center in 2004. DR. SCHLESSINGER started working at Metropolitan Detention Center in 2005. DR. SCHLESSINGER transferred to Metropolitan Correctional Center in 2009. DR. SCHLESSINGER conducts Forensic Psychological Evaluations of inmates for the Bureau of Prisons. DR. SCHLESSINGER conducted an intake interview of EPSTEIN on July 8. 2019. During the interview, EPSTEIN denied any mental health history, suicide history, and substance abuse history. EPSTEIN stated, although he was in the "shoe", he was doing fine. (A copy of DR. SCHLESSINGER's July, 8, 2019, intake screening of EPSTEIN will be maintained in a IA ssociated with this serial). On August 9, 2019 at approximately 1:00pm, DR. SCHLESSINGER, acting for DR. MILLER, was present during a meeting regarding EPSTIEN. During the meeting, EPSTEIN's attorney was opposed EPSTEIN having a cell mate. During the meeting, ADAM JOHNSON and DR.
