This will be MA's first appearance here since his arrest. We expect Gardephe to set a 1/27 trial date with jury selection starting this Thursday. Wednesday at 3:30 - Rescheduled moot of Rob opening in Avenatti. Friday - DAG visit, GEP/AOC presentations from PC. Friday at 3:30 - meeting with 's attorney.
