As requested, attached are bullet points outlining cases that could attract media attention in the next few months.
As to the 3:00pm SVCT call, I have not yet received test results so I am still at home in Brooklyn. I could do a regular call
from here or a Webex if that is ok with you and the DAG. My discussion was not going to include any classified
information.
If my test results come in and assuming they are negative I would be able to get into the office this afternoon.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Thanks for the call today. I hope you get good news tomorrow morning.
It would be helpful if you could send a short list of bullet points outlining what cases/matters you'll cover. We should try
to keep it to 30 minutes.
I'll send the SVTC dial-in info tomorrow.
Thanks,

Subject: Checking In
I hope you and the team are doing well and that the city is relatively calm over the next few days.
Two things —
1. I assume that the investigation you filed the UR on no days ago is progressing. Please let me know if there is
anything we can do or if you anticipate any significant actions to be taken on that within the next week or so.
2. Whatever the outcome tonight/tomorrow/thereafter, we're obviously moving toward some period of transition
and, as such, the DAG wants to set up meetings/SVTCs with some of the key USAs so we can think about (i) what
the Department's work looks like Nov. —Jan., and (ii) what the situation looks like after January. The preference
is for in-person meetings, but a SVTC is fine as well if you'd rather not travel down. Although it's difficult to plan
for the next few days given the uncertainty, we'd like to do the SDNY discussion at 3:00 pm on Thursday. If that
would be a significant problem, please let me know.
Again, good luck to you and your team and please don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything we can do.
Thanks,
Office of the Deputy Attorney General
