The complainant provided a letter specifically naming and other members of the executive staff at the MCC NY for violations including mistreatment of inmates as it relates to the "lockdown" and incidents of nepotism. The OIG management at the NYFO/HQ requested that we share this information to the USAO-SDNY that have been involved in the Epstein matter and the lockdown matter to determine if there are any concerns on if/ how this new complaint could potentially have an impact on the ongoing criminal matters. has informed your colleague, who advised that she would be briefing her management about this situation.
