FYI — when I spoke wit
, he didn't give me any specific details of any particular investigations/complaints. We spoke
more generally about t e issue of overlapping investigations and that some sort of discussion about these issues would be
helpful. I also don't know what the "lockdown matter" is.

Subject: Whistleblower Complaint
Good morning,
FYI- A colleague of mine
had received a complaint from an employee at the MCC NY
a couple weeks back alleging misconduct b mane ement from the MCC NY. The complainant
provided a letter specifically naming
and other members of the executive staff at the
MCC NY for violations including mistreatment of inmates as it relates to the "lockdown" and
incidents of nepotism. The OIG management at the NYFO/HQ requested that we share this
information to the USAO-SDNY that have been involved in the Epstein matter and the lockdown
matter to determine if there are any concerns on if/ how this new complaint could potentially have an
impact on the ongoing criminal matters.
has informed your colleague,
who
advised that she would be briefing her management about this situation. If you have any questions,
feel free to give me a call. Thanks-
