From: To: Bcc• Subject: Re: USVI SW.v6.docx Date: Sun, 11 Aug 2019 12:20:52 +0000 On the time frame, I thought it made sense to do it the way we have been doing the other warrants in this case (for the N.Y. residence), because this is very different than the Wey situation (it's not business documents we are looking for; pictures of young girls are seizable whether dated or not). This isn't a blanket warrant like Wey. Sent from my iPhone On Aug 11, 2019, at 8:00 AM, YS rote: I think the PC looks good and the evidence regardin onnection to the island is adequate. I noted a few comments about language relating toEpstein's ea . In the Attachment listing items to be seized, I thought this is where we are required to specify a time frame to meet the requirements of Wey. Right now no time frame is in there. I suppose that we meet the requirement if we provide the earliest date we can specify the criminal activity at this location until the date of the date of Epstein's arrest, even hat is a large span of years. What do you think? <USVI SW.v6.docx> EFTA00078447
