Subject: Ghislaine Maxwell maximum sentence —a doubt
Sorry to bother but I saw on Maxwell detention memo that "the defendant faces up to 35 years' imprisonment if
convicted".
But I saw one of the charges is US Code Title 18 2423 which carries a max sentence of life... I am confused. Do you know
why she faces up to 35 years and not life?
Thanks very much,
Kind regards,
18 U.S. Code § 2423.Transportation of
