I trust you are well. RE: URGENT COMPLAINT AGAINST: NSW SOLICITOR: MR ALEXANDER ANDREW TEES My complaint is that the practitioner MR ALEXANDER ANDREW TEES: 1. Failed to pay my base salary and bonuses for the period which I worked for him which is between April 2016 to the end of September 2017. In summary: I worked as a Full Time Solicitor for Mr. Alexander Andrew Tees for around 1.7 Years. I am Owed around $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 for my base salary and other promised Payments for all the hard work which I successfully completed. 2. Failed to reimburse me for expenses incurred by my mother in assisting me. I am owed $59,000.00 in reimbursement fees from Mr. Alexander Andrew Tees. My Mother has Evidence with her Bank in Melbourne. We have completed Statutory Declarations. 3. Failed to provide a "Statutory Declaration" in respect of the time which I worked for him. Which is around 1.7 years. My career as an Australian Solicitor and an International Solicitor has been destroyed as a result of his actions and misconduct and corruptional crimes. I need urgent help recovering substantial Financial Compensation/Remedies/Damages/Other Recourse Action against this very bad Employer. 4. He has made very serious threats to me. 1 EFTA00081861 5. Gave me incorrect advice about matters concerning my former girlfriend Ms Shiva Amiri and about who could assist me with my work. He should be held to account for this and provide me with compensation and substantial other remedies. 6. Has mis used client's money. I have filed a complaint in 2019 with the Legal Services Commissioner who has now referred this issue of great concern To The Queensland Law Society (QLS). I have also referred this matter to the relevant Law Enforcement Agencies. 7. Many other young Lawyers: Nationally and Internationally have been substantially Exploited by Mr. Alexander Andrew Tees. I have all the Evidence to support these statements attached to this E-mail. Mr. Alexander Andrew Tees has very bad Associates both Nationally and Internationally. 8. I have now referred Mr. Alexander Andrew Tees to The Queensland Police for urgent help. However, I need help please from The Hon Ronald Sackville AO QC Chair of the Royal Commission as I have no Funds to take Mr Alexander Andrew Tees to a Federal Court and I have Total Permanent Disability (TPD) called Vertigo & Acrophobia so I cannot go up to a Federal Court Hearing and give Evidence. I am currently denied access to Justice which is unfair and simply not right. I have contacted all available Community Legal Centers and other Agencies in various Jurisdictions; however, no one has the resources or the expertise to help me take him to The Federal Court and hold him to account and recover substantial financial compensation and other urgent remedies. 9. Leanne Tacey (Solicitor ) from Anderson Gray Lawyers in Brisbane: tried taking Mr Alexander Andrew Tees to The Fair Work Commission in Brisbane in 2019 on my behalf to help me. However, for the two scheduled hearings at The Fair Work Commission in Brisbane: Mr. Alexander Andrew Tees never turned up: so we had to close the case. As per other paragraph 1) I cannot afford financially to go To The Federal Court & 2) I have a Disability so I am unable to go up to a Federal Court Hearing to provide Evidence to hold Mr. Alexander Andrew Tees to Account and recover all of the money and other remedies which I may be entitled too.
