From: To: Cc: Subject: RE: US v. Epstein Date: Sat, 01 Aug 2020 18:22:23 +0000 Got it, thanks. From: Sent: Friday, July 31, 2020 09:19 To: Cc: ) ) < (USANYS) < Subject: RE: US v. Epstein Good Morning, Here are the answers to your questions: 1. I checked my previous e-mail to you to see what was on the first set of data to confirm that the data was listed twice as it was on the hard drive I sent out this week. You will not see two copies of the same document in the database as we will globally dedupe the data. You may want to ask the FBI if this was an updated version from the first delivery. I did not highlight NYCO24366 as I missed it in the spread sheet. 2. Anything that is supplemental will just be added to the database. There should be no issue with those documents. 3. I checked the list before I sent it to you so I did not see it on the list. You should have received the hard drive and you should be able to plug the drive into your computer to check to see if you see the NYC number on the drive. Please let us know if there are any questions. Thank you. From: Sent: Thursda Jul 30 2020 6:49 PM To: Cc: • Subject: RE: US v. Epstein I think we're just trying to line up what has been sent to PAE *in total* -- including both this recent drive and also the previous one. So, a few questions, that I'll try to keep as non-confusing as possible. 1) I take it from your email below that three items were listed as having been provided on 7/23, but there are three that were in the first set of data you received and send out last week (NYCO24328, NYCO24366, and NYCO24392). My question on these is, were they actually *also* included in this recent disc, or was that incorrect on the spreadsheet? The reason I ask is, if they were provided twice, I just want to make sure the FBI didn't provide an updated version, such that we'd need to supplement or replace what we previously sent out. EFTA00084527 And then of these three, one of them — NYC024366 — you didn't highlight in yellow. Is that because this was the only one of the three that wasn't repeated on the most recent disc? Or just an oversight? 2) For the four NYC numbers that had "supplemental" information (NYC024363, NYC024365, NYC024371, and NYC024383), will those be able to just be added to the folders we already sent out? I have no idea why there is now supplemental info on those, but regardless of why, I want to make sure they don't get new, separate folders in Relativity (rather than being incorporated into the existing folders for those NYC numbers) 3) Assuming all of the above checks out, there appears to be only one item that is listed as having been provided to us, but which was not in the seven items provided previously, and also that you did not highlight here. I believe that means that the FBI erroneously listed it as having been provided to us, but I want to triple-check that with you before going back to them. So could you please confirm that we did not get the following NYC-numbered item in either the prior disc or this most recent one? That item is: NYC027913 (row 40 in your spreadsheet). Thanks very much, From Sent: Thursday, July 30, 2020 08:51 To: Subject: RE: US v. Epstein Everything that I highlighted was what was on the hard drive I sent to the vendor. If on the spreadsheet I sent to you the items were not highlighted then it was not on the hard drive. From: Sent: Wednesda Jul 29 2020 7:16 PM To: >; > Subject: RE: US v. Epstein •fl Thanks very much, So does that mean that some of the rows highlighted in green saying that they were provided to SDNY on 7/23/20 were not in fact provided to us yet? From Sent: e nes ay, u y , : To: < >: Subject: US v. Epstein Good Morning, Attached is a spread sheet that was on the hard drive you sent to me this week. I highlighted everything in yellow that was on the hard drive I received this week. NYC024365 - supplemental data was provided regarding this drive NYC024366 — according to the chart this data was provided again but was on the first set of data I sent out last week NYC024371 - supplemental data was provided regarding this drive NYC024383 - supplemental data was provided regarding this drive EFTA00084528 NYCO24392 — according to the chart this data was provided again but was on the first set of data I sent out last week Please let me know if there are any questions.
