Yes. We have made a MLAT request, which is of course highly sensitive, and confidential. Agree with
statement. Thanks,

OIA team,
British media is reporting DoJ made a MLAT request to speak to Prince Andrew. I am now receiving
numerous press inquiries asking If true/what does that entail. For my own knowledge, please advise if this

article is accurate: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/11805488/prince-andrew-quizzed-over-jeffrey-e stein-

not publicly comment on communications with foreign governments on investigative matters, including
confirming or denying the very existence of such communications.
Thank you,

Hi M,
Hope you're doing well. Sony to bother you at the weekend.
There's a report just out that DOJ issued a MLAT request to the UK last month regarding Prince Andrew to
force him to answer questions in the Epstein
investigation: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/11805488/prince-andrew-quizzed-over-jeffrey-epstein-links/
Is that something you could guide me on as to its accuracy? And do you have any comment/statement at
all?
Any help would be much appreciated.
