Marc, Andrew,
Thank you for speaking with us yesterday, and as discussed we're glad to have the lines of communication open. As we
mentioned, we also appreciate you respectively accepting service of process for Mr. Kahn and Mr. lndyke. I have attached
both here, but please let me know if either or both of you would prefer to receive process separately. (And we can
discuss if there are privilege issues with respect to Mr. Indyke in particular.)

Additionally, we understand from having spoken with certain victim counsel since our conversation yesterday that they
have been told by Bennet Moskowitz that Mr. Moskowitz represents the Epstein estate (and also that discussions between
Mr. Moskowitz and at least some victim counsel may have already effectively broken down). Would it be necessary or
productive for us to have a call that included Mr. Moskowitz as well, or otherwise could you clarify his role—including
whether victim counsel should be communicating with you both or Mr. Moskowitz in the first instance? Happy to discuss
any of this in real time if that would be useful.
Thanks again, and looking forward to being in touch.

A call within the following ranges would work for us: 11:00-12:45 or 3:30-5:30. Let us know if something within those
ranges works on your end.

you have asked, understandably, in the past, for information about the
Epstein estate. The attorneys who will be representing the interests of the Estate in any future civil
forfeiture matter are Andrew Tomack and Marc Weinstein who I am copying on this email. I know

one or both will be attempting to coordinate an introductory phone call with you next week. I will
have a continuing role in these matters as well.
