You initially requested this information via subpoena on October 14, 2021. We spoke on November 22, 2021 in a follow up conversation wherein the scope of the requested was altered. Further, you advised that these documents would be utilized in ongoing criminal proceedings captioned, United States v. Ghislaine Maxwell. Finally, in that November 22 conversation you stated that the documents released herein would be subject to the protective order which is already in place for that proceeding. The release of this information is subject to the conditions below and is password protected, with password coming under separate cover. Attached, please find the responsive information. The attached records may be subject to the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. § 552a) and may include sensitive law enforcement information. This office has redacted the relevant documents for the purpose of excluding computer screen transaction codes, computer program transaction codes, computer function EFTA00089901 codes, information contained in the system that reflects the results of specific law enforcement database queries, and/or personally identifiable information of CBP officers. CBP releases these documents for use in the above-referenced case only. These records should not be used for any other purpose without the express, written consent of this office.
