In the early 2000s, when Ms. was either 16 or 17 years old, her friend recruited her to give Epstein massages at his Palm Beach house. At some point, Epstein and began awing sexual encounters. was very distressed when discussing these incidents and was not prepared to describe them in detail during our first meeting. Our perception is that these encounters may have been coercive and potentially nonconsensual. A short time later, Epstein took and her sister on a trip to his private island in the Virgin Islands. During that trip, Epstein raped by forcing her to have intercourse during a massage. Between 2007 and 2009, Epstein had intercourse with on multiple occasions. described the first few of these instances as nonconsensual and explained that eventually she began consenting. When Epstein was serving his jail sentence visited him at his office on at least one occasions and engaged in sexual conduct with him.
