Dear U.S. Attorney Strauss,
By way of introduction, I was a Special Agent assigned to the
FBINYO's Foreign Counter-Intelligence Division and to the
Organized Criminal Division at separate time periods from 1978
to 1988.
Also, I was a U.S. Army Lt. Colonel who served two
combat tours of duty in the Vietnam War (1967-68; 1970-71) and
was latet assigned to "Operation Desert Shield" (Iraqi Freedom).
Prior to my false arrest by the FBI on Nov. 4, 1988, I had
prepared an extensive manuscript concerning serious matters that
went unheeded by my FBI supervisors.
In short, I was a
"whistleblower," but not one who sought revenge, fame or money.
Rather, I was appalled by the mishandling of my official FBI
investigations given the complacency, if not the complicity of
the FBI since very serious national security matters were at
stake. (See Exhibit G - Three Websites.)
"The FBI, CIA, The Mob & Treachery," is a 650-page book,
published in 2005, by Silverpeak Enterprise, Author/Publisher
Rodney Stich (deceased) who undertook this project after writing
about my plight in many of his books and from numerous news
articles, all of which dealt with corruption-in-government. At
last count, there are at least 14 books that covered some, if
not all, of my investigations. (See Exhibit F - Book Flyer.)
My FBI casework concerned very high-profile criminal
operations that involved organized crime, corrupt officials,
greedy politicians and wealthy businessmen, among them was one
