Ammo 41.4 tt• nal Date of entry 04/23/2019 date of birth (DOB) was interviewed at Present for the interview were AUSA AUSA , Task Force Officer , and Special Agent After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, provided the following information: grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida. attended John I. Leonard High School, where she was a cheerleader, an Honor Roll and Principal Honor Roll student, and a member of Student Council. When was approximately 16 years old, she began to work in restaurants and in clothing stores. moved to New York when she was approximately 22 years old and lived in New York for approximately seven to eight years. moved to New York because she "wanted to get away." then moved back to West Palm Beach to be near her family. currently works for the non-profit Boys and Girls Club. friend, whose name she did not wish to give at this time, introduced her to JEFFREY EPSTEIN. This friend asked her if she wanted to make $200 to massage a guy in West Palm Beach. This friend told her the guy had money. estimated that she went that same day the friend told her about EPSTEIN or the following day. went to EPSTEIN's house approximately over a dozen times within the course of a year. stopped going to EPSTEIN's house because it "became more awkward because of the things he started doing." began to ignore calls to massage him. The first time went to EPSTEIN's house she was introduced to recalled that "seemed young." went with her friend that first time; her friend had been there before. recalled that was there sometimes, along with a chef, housekeeper, and sometimes (GHISLAINE) MAXWELL. described MAXWELL as tall and skinny with dark hair. did not initially know MAXWELL's name, but rather learned her name later after seeing pictures in the newspapers that identified her. On one occasion, recalled seeing MAXWELL and talking off side of the kitchen while was waiting in the kitchen. did not hear what they were discussing and did not interact with MAXWELL much. EPSTEIN was never the first person that she saw when she arrived. sometimes spoke with a "house lady." would make casual conversation with her, saying, "Hi, how are you doing?" would lead in where she needed to go. was taken upstairs by or a housekeeper. After a while, "knew what to do." received calls from to set up the massages. would call and ask, "Are you available" and give a certain time. Sometimes, when would call , she would say that she was calling from New York and EPSTEIN would be in West Palm Beach. would say, "We're in New York and we will be there." also recognized the number as an out of state number and came to learn that it was a New York number called her from. Sometimes, would tell that she had a school conflict and could not go to EPSTEIN's home on a certain time. Sometimes, missed school to go to EPSTEIN's home. stated that it was easier to hide from her parents that she was going there when she went during school hours. went approximately one to two times in the evening. received $200 when she went, which was more than she received from a job she was working at the time. asked if she could bring friends. had asked multiple times to bring a friend. would ask," Are you bringing a friend," or "Do you want to bring a friend?" knew that if she brought a friend, she could still get money and not have to do anything. brought a friend, whose name she did not want to give at this time. showed her friend where the lotions were. EPSTEIN was on the massage table. had to go back into the room half way through the massage. recalled that while she was sitting on the sun deck, her friend came out to get her and told her that needed to go in the room with EPSTEIN. recalled that her friend felt awkward, but does not recall all of the conversation. EPSTEIN did not like this friend. brought a different friend, who EPSTEIN did like. assumed that he liked this other friend because she had large breasts but does not actually know why he liked her. This friend did not want to go back to EPSTEIN's home. Both friends that took to EPSTEIN's residence were approximately 16 years old. was given feedback from about the two friends she did bring. was told to not bring the first friend again, but was told that she could bring the second friend that she brought. In a conversation with EPSTEIN, he told what he wanted. stated that EPSTEIN wanted her to bring "girls that looked like me." assumed that meant girls her age and who were blonde. EFTA00096193 FD-302a (Rev. 05-08-10) 31E-NY-3027571 CominuationofFU-30201 (U) Interview of Mn 04/11/2019 ,page 3 of 4 started going to EPSTEIN's house her junior year of high school. thought that EPSTEIN may have told her that he was a money manager. knew that he knew DONALD TRUMP, because he went to a function that TRUMP was holding and told that he would have taken her if she was 18. knew that EPSTEIN knew famous people. EPSTEIN kept a phone book by each of his phones, which had at least once flipped through and observed famous people's names inside. did not travel anywhere with EPSTEIN. The money that she received from him she put into her bank account. had bank statements reflecting deposits of two $100 bills. had an agenda book from school that she would put EPSTEIN's name in on the days that she would go see him. thought that she had stopped going to EPSTEIN's home in 2004, but was not sure if that was the exact year. gave EPSTEIN a senior picture of herself, but does not recall what she wrote on the back of it. thinks that EPSTEIN knew she was getting senior pictures done. stated that she knew that she told and EPSTEIN that she was in high school. believed that she brought up her actual age multiple times. During the time period that was going to EPSTEIN's, was attending a modeling camp. went every Saturday to this camp to learn how to be a model. did a runway show. EPSTEIN told that he would help her when she was 18. EPSTEIN told , "When you become 18, you can come to New York to model." EPSTEIN could help because "he knew people." described EPSTEIN as being "awkward" in conversations. knew that he was not married, nor did he have children. Conversations that occurred between and EPSTEIN included where EPSTEIN had flown to and traveled, his house, her modeling, her school, and exercising. EPSTEIN told that she needed to start running if she wanted to become a runway model. recalled having general conversations about high school on the phone with stated that it was possible she received calls from others to set up massages, but main contact was with did not recall receiving calls from EPSTEIN. In person, EPSTEIN would tell what he wanted. At this time, did not want to go into details of what EPSTEIN wanted her to do or what all occurred while she massaged him. EPSTEIN asked to do things that she did not want to do. would tell EPSTEIN, "I don't want to do that." EPSTEIN would then shower and she would get dressed or leave. As things became more intense sexually and EPSTEIN's expectations increased, stopped going as much. stated EPSTEIN was "very anti-drug." was "under the influence on an occasion where she massaged EPSTEIN, and he told her "You better not come to my house like that again." thought that EPSTEIN's investigators went to her parents home. thought that her father had told her that the investigators were from EPSTEIN's side and not investigators from the FBI. Years ago, when the case was early in the news, had just come back from a trip to New York. reached out to Palm Beach Police Department and told them that she had information that could help. met with Palm Beach Police Department and told her what had happened to her. also spoke with the FBI. knew that she was not the only girl who massaged EPSTEIN. stated that it was known that if you went to massage EPSTEIN, you did not talk about it. A friend of , who had never massaged EPSTEIN, had told her years ago that she knew had massaged EPSTEIN because this friend knew . Up until the recent article from the Miami Herald, did not realize how many people were involved. kept a box of items relating to EPSTEIN. This box includes news articles, medical information/records, her phone from that time that had phone number stored, business cards, journals, and bank deposits. had taken lotions from EPSTEIN's residence but stated that she turned those over to Palm Beach Police Department. had been contacted recently by Radical Media/Netflix and ABC News, but stated that she had not given interviews at this time. was willing and open to speak further at another date.
