STERNHEIM: But I'm glad it's cleared up. THE COURT: apologize for my own efforts at technological problem solving. MS. STERNHEIM: appreciate that, Judge. Previously, with regard to the document, the Court referenced the fact that there have been many documents filed on the record that the public may have seen, and up until last week, every single document filed by the government bore the name of acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Audrey Strauss. So to the extent that people have read those documents or seen the press conference, I think it is relevant and in no way prejudices the jury at all. In fact, it provides for the smoking out of any jurors who may know Ms. Strauss or have negative feelings toward her, which would be impugned to the government. THE COURT: Thank you. Ms. Pomerantz.
