Any guidance we can provide? From: Bandler, Jonathan Sent: Wednesday, December 18, 2019 4:23 PM To (USANYS) [Contractor] Subject: (USANYS) Hi. I was in court this afternoon on Tartaglione and peripherally his lawyer raised the fact that it doesn't appear that any video was preserved of the cell from Epstein's earlier attempted suicide. I'd like to have clarified response. He told the judge: "It's our understanding...that the video no longer exists, it was not preserved." Does that mean there was video but there is no longer? Have all avenues at restoring/preserving video from outside that cell been exhausted? Thanks Jon EFTA00100315
