She will send me the FOIA complaint later this evening, but in short it's a FOIA case brought by a news outlet, and the case has been pending for a while. They're currently on a three-year document production schedule, producing about 500 documents per month. She said that if we wanted, she'd be happy to have a joint call with the FBI legal counsel handling this, if we wanted to find out what has been disclosed, and talk about whether/how they're being careful not to disclose materials from the NY case file. Do you who the right person would be in civil to ask about FOIA processes there?
