CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT
Nic,
Apologies, I'm stuck in court, and it looks like I won't make it out in time for our 4:30 call. Would 4:45 be ok?
Thanks,

Thanks,
Would tomorrow 9-10 am or after 4 pm work? If not, we can look for times next week.

Hi Nic,
CONFIDENTIAL
This is to confirm that •
can close out the accounts referenced in our prior hold-open letter. We are no
longer requesting that the accounts remain open. Thank you very much for your assistance.
In connection with our ongoing investigation, we are planning to subpoena records from other
accounts related to Epstein. Would you be available for a call to discuss in the next few days?
Thanks,

Following up on our call on Friday, I just wanted to check in on the government's timing. Please let us
know if MI can begin to close out these accounts or if you'd like the bank to hold them open longer.
Thanks.

CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT
REQUESTED
Hi
Thanks for getting back to us on those two points. I also wanted to let you know our plan to
close the other accounts. In order to accommodate the government's request, we'd propose
the following process:
•
.=
will send the account holders a letter informing them that the =
is
closing their accounts within 14 days. The letter will inform account holders that
the= will wire the funds to an account of their designation and will contain
specific instructions on how to provide the =with the wire instructions. The
letter will also give customers a phone number to call with any questions.
If .=
doesn't hear from the customer after 5 business days from the date the
letter is sent, the =
will attempt to call the customer to request that they call the
=
about closing their account and providing wire instructions.
•
If at the end of the 14 days the =
still hasn't heard from the customer or doesn't
have wire instructions, the =
will cut a check and mail it to the customer.
•
Before Elm sends any checks, we'll let you know which account holders we
haven't heard from and for whom we don't have wire instructions.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about this process.

We'll look out for the keep open letter.
Many thanks.

Nic,
Thank you for your patience on this. We do not need the statement for the
account. I expect to send you the keep-open letter you requested regarding the
other accounts we've discussed later today.

Let us know if you're unable to access the disk. In the meantime, in addition to the
eight''''
accounts (we're sending you those statements tonight), there
is another account associated with
. This one is in the name of ".
" and I=
is the authorized signer. Can you let us know if you'd like us to
produce the statements for that account and hold it open?

Thanks Gillian. I received the disc but am unable to run the software program
on my computer. I'll work with our paralegal and IT to hopefully access it soon
and get back to you with a timeline for our review.
